Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee Investigator Initiated Research (IIR), Externally Sponsored Collaborative Research (CCR), and Medical Affairs Company Sponsored Studies (MACS) within the PDT portfolio.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of research projects, including study initiation, tracking, closeout, reporting, and operational aspects like finance, contracts, and drug supply coordination.
- Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with all applicable internal policies, SOPs, and external regulatory requirements.
- Act as the operational lead, collaborating with internal cross-functional global and local teams as well as external investigators.
- Support Evidence Generation team initiatives, such as Integrated Evidence Plan development, process improvements, and SOP updates.
